The West Central Public Health Partnership
It all started in 2005 when…
public and environmental health officials from six counties along Colorado’s Western Slope came together with a common goal of strengthening the region’s public health infrastructure. With the help of the Colorado Trust, the West Central Public Health Partnership (WCPHP) was born.
The WCPHP is a regional collaboration between Delta, Gunnison, Hinsdale, Montrose, Ouray and San Miguel counties. Together, our six counties complete the Public Health assessment and planning process, identify priority areas for our region, and implement strategies to improve the health of our communities.
