  • Crested Butte State of Mind

    • If you’re having trouble affording therapy, CB State of Mind can provide a scholarship to cover the cost.

    • CB State of Mind also runs stigma reduction campaigns and provides information on therapists in the Crested Butte area.

  • San Miguel Behavioral Health Fund

    • This fund offers financial scholarships to help those living and/or working in San Miguel County afford mental health counseling/therapy services.

  • San Miguel Resource Center’s Therapy Assistance Fund for survivors and witnesses of violence

  • I Matter

    • The I Matter program provides Colorado youth (ages 18 or younger or 21 or younger if receiving special education services) with a limited number of free counseling sessions.

  • Free support groups (updated August 2023)

  • NAMI Family-to-Family is a free, 8-session educational program for family, significant others, and friends of people with mental health conditions. It is a designated evidence-based program. This means that research shows that the program significantly improves the coping and problem-solving abilities of the people closest to a person with a mental health condition.
